Bomb blast in Delhi: CM Siddaramaiah instructs to place Karnataka under tight security

In the wake of the bomb blast in Delhi, Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah on Sunday directed officials to tighten security across the state.
Speaking to reporters at the Mysuru Zilla Panchayat, Siddaramaiah said that instructions have been issued to enhance security measures in all district headquarters, including Bengaluru airport, major bus stations, railway stations, and other crowded public areas.
“There are reports of casualties in the Delhi explosion. I have already spoken to the Mysuru police and will also be discussing with the state-level IGP and DGP,” he said.
Condolences to Families of Victims
Expressing condolences to the families of those who lost their lives in the blast, the Chief Minister said he would respond in detail once he receives complete information about the incident.
When asked whether the explosion indicated a lapse in security, Siddaramaiah stated, “it is too early to comment without full details. I will obtain the necessary information and then respond accordingly.
