Ozone Group and homebuyers collaborate to fast-track completion of Belvedere and Alcove projects in Bengaluru

In a notable example of collaboration and trust between developers and homebuyers, Ozone Group has taken a significant step toward completing its premium township projects, Belvedere and Alcove, near Kempegowda International Airport on NH 7, Bengaluru.

The developer has already handed over 1,300 units, with around 2,000 residents now enjoying life in the township, supported by world-class infrastructure and amenities. To accelerate the completion of the remaining 136 signature homes, homebuyers and Ozone Group signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), underscoring a shared commitment to timely delivery.

The handover details are as follows:

• Belvedere: 60 units handed over for fit-out out of 84 units, with 24 units pending.

• Alcove: 40 units handed over for fit-out out of 52 units, with 12 units pending.

This unique partnership between the developer and homebuyers demonstrates a sense of collective responsibility, ensuring that the pending works progress smoothly and the units are ready for fit-outs. All 136 homes are slated to receive Occupancy Certificates (OCs) soon, marking a key milestone in Ozone Group’s vision of delivering quality homes.
