During his trip, he visited a pub located under the Ashoknagar Police Station limits, accompanied by his friends — Mohammad Nalapad, son of BDA Chairman N A Harris, and Zaid Khan, son of Karnataka Minister Zameer Ahmed Khan.
A video that surfaced online shows Aryan purportedly displaying a middle finger in public. The clip quickly sparked outrage across social media platforms, with users demanding action from Bengaluru Police. Several questioned the delay in the police response and speculated whether his celebrity status was influencing the authorities’ approach.

Police have yet to issue an official statement regarding the incident. The action of his attracts penal provisions under Section 296 of the Bharatiya Nayaya Sanhita (BNS) 2023.
It should also be noted that Mohammed Nalapad Haris, Youth Congress leader has been embroiled in multiple legal controversies over the years. His most notorious case is the 2018 Vidvat assault incident, where he and his associates were accused of brutally attacking a youth at a UB City restaurant. Police booked him under several IPC sections, including attempt to murder, after he allegedly assaulted the victim—who had a fractured leg—and later threatened him at the hospital. Nalapad spent over 100 days in jail before securing conditional bail, and the Karnataka High Court stayed the criminal proceedings in December 2018.
In 2020, a Bentley car linked to Nalapad was involved in a hit-and-run near Mekhri Circle, injuring four people. He was arrested and later released on station bail. In 2023, he faced another case for an alleged hate speech, with a court directing police to file an FIR and investigate.
