SIT gathers ‘history of Chinnayya’ from wife, sister

The Special Investigation Team (SIT) probing the Dharmasthala mass burial case has gathered the complete background of accused Chinnayya from his second wife and sister. Both are said to know details about his nature of work, associations, and other related matters.
The SIT questioned his second wife Mallika and his elder sister Ratnamma for several hours after summoning them. Investigators asked where he was staying before coming into contact with the Soujanya activists and what he had been doing all these years. The SIT appears to have secured valuable information from both.
In short, a highly placed source in the Home Ministry told blrpost.com that the SIT collected the full history of Chinnayya as both women had a close association with him. Chinnayya was arrested on August 23 after admitting that he had lied under oath. On July 3, he filed a complaint at the Dharmasthala police station, and on July 11, he gave a statement before a magistrate in the Belthangady court under Section 183 of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS). In both the complaint and the 183 statement, he alleged that he was forced to bury bodies illegally. Later, he made a U-turn, for which he was arrested on charges of perjury and forgery.
Chinnayya later gave a second statement under Section 183, and according to Home Ministry sources, he made “very disturbing statements.” The SIT is tight-lipped about the contents of this statement and continues its investigation. It must be noted that his first statement remains valid and is being read alongside the second.
Chinnayya’s second wife, Mallika, was interviewed by multiple news channels and consistently maintained that she had not received any money from Soujanya activists. However, she later appealed to Veerendra Heggade, Dharmadhikari of Dharmasthala, to help secure Chinnayya’s release from prison. The SIT has questioned her and sister on various aspects related to Chinnayya, and this information is expected to assist the team in its ongoing investigation.
Isn’t it obvious, that Chinnayya has been compromised after he gave the 1at statement to magistrate, as his interviews for the past 2 years are consistent with his Magistrate statement in July. Shouldn’t SIT be probing, reason behind his U turn, and who are behind that.
Sir, there is no doubt that all Politicians belonged to different political parties including thousand DK SHI are influencing the ongoing investigation by SIT.
All are equal, but some are more equal than others.
According to the SIT Chinnayya had said about burying dead bodies in first statement and took a u-turn in second one.He again said about 10 bodies being buried at the same spot.But why is SIT after changing statements of Chinnayya when what he said in the first statement has been continuously proven .Those unearthed deadbodies are evidence right?
Why the investigation is not turning against the giants who have been accused? What is so confusing to them regarding who made Chinnayya take a U-turn?
Wasn’t it obvious in the beginning of the investigation itself that there will be U-turns, evidence tampering etc etc.
What’s so puzzling about who the real culprits are??
Not sure what the land documents are not unearthed. It shall reveal plenty of identify and information. And surprisingly no arrests yet
Today , The police records and panchayat records on burial of dead bodies have proved to be illegal. Even Chinnayya’s showed points have found human remains in a couple of spots. Now why is SIT not able to nab the big criminals behind the crime?! Not a single victim in Dharmasthala got justice in history of 50 years since 1970s. Why is SIT pussy footing in the case. Why is SIT not able to start a strong investigation from the other side?!
Prima facie, this is a proved crime in Peoples Court.
SIT don’t want to arrest accused peoples. They only focusing on activists and visiblower. Government and opposition holding hands together for protecting the accused. Very sad.
Iam still wondering when will the real culprits be summoned or investigated or is the SIT waiting for the real culprits ti destroy the witness es or to giving time for them to create a new story. The officials targeting the activists us really alarming. No justice, no proper investigations.. Chinnaya is arrested beacuse he lied a case on perjury is put, why bit the same law for Lady Sujatha bhatt. She has also lied… No hope for Justice at all😞😞
