Embassy Group to develop 1.9-acre land parcel in Whitefield

Embassy Developments Ltd has entered into a joint development agreement for a 17.9-acre land parcel in Whitefield, the company announced on its social media platforms. Whitefield is one of the sought after places in Bengaluru as it is also a hub for many multi-national companies and start-ups. 

The company plans to build 1,000 “thoughtfully designed apartments”. The location also offers convenient access to essential infrastructure including schools and hospitals. 

The project is expected to be launched in 2027-28. 

Embassy Group, which owns about 44% stake in the Embassy Developments Ltd, is known for its modern interiors which blends with classic design elements with amenities designed for urban professionals.
