
Bangalore Apartments’ Federation elects new governing council at 11th AGM

The Bangalore Apartments’ Federation (BAF) ushered in a new leadership team during its 11th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on Sunday, marking the start of a fresh tenure for the city’s largest apartment residents’ collective.
The newly elected Governing Council comprises:
- Satish Mallya – President
- Pradeep Pai – Vice President
- Arun Kumar – General Secretary
- Valli Srinivasan – Joint Secretary
- Kiran Hebbar – Treasurer
Outgoing President Vikram Rai extended his best wishes to the incoming council, expressing confidence in their ability to carry forward the organisation’s initiatives. “I wish them all the best for the new tenure. Please continue to support the new team as you have supported us,” Rai said, acknowledging the role of media and stakeholders in amplifying BAF’s work.
The Bengaluru Apartments’ Federation has been at the forefront of advocating for apartment residents’ rights, influencing urban policy, and driving sustainability initiatives in the city. With the new leadership in place, members expect continued focus on civic engagement, infrastructure issues, and collaborative problem-solving across Bengaluru’s apartment communities.
