‘Uday Jain was in touch with Chinnayya, threatened him not to talk about mass burial’

In a startling revelation, the Special Investigation Team (SIT) probing the Dharmasthala mass burial case has found that “Uday Jain was in touch with accused Chinnayya.”
During interrogation, Chinnayya told investigating officers, “Uday Jain of Dharmasthala threatened me not to go public or file a complaint in connection with the mass burials.” This clearly indicates that Chinnayya came into contact with some of the suspects in this case while he was working with Soujanya activists.
A highly placed source in the Home Ministry told blrpost.com, “Uday Jain was summoned by the SIT for the same reason. Chinnayya broke down in SIT custody and revealed a lot of sensitive information.” The SIT has also summoned Dheeraj Kella and Mallik Jain in connection with the case.
Interestingly, after facing interrogation, Jain has now petitioned the President of India, Droupadi Murmu, for mercy killing (euthanasia). This move has raised many eyebrows.
The source also clarified that Jain was not interrogated in connection with the Sowjanya case. If the SIT finds more evidence involving Chinnayya and Jain, the entire investigation may take a different turn.
It may be recalled that Chinnayya was arrested on August 23 and is currently in SIT custody. He faces charges of perjury and forgery of evidence related to a skull he presented before the magistrate.
The SIT was formed by the state government on July 19, after Chinnayya filed a complaint at the Dharmasthala police station alleging that he was forced to bury bodies illegally. He also recorded his statement before a magistrate.
The SIT carried out exhumation operations for two weeks and recovered skeletal remains belonging to two human beings. The remains have been sent to the Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) in Madiwala.
This is very bad..this Chinnaya knows then what happened to Sowjanya….he must have confessed that also…no wonder they did not find any bodies he was misleading the whole time…how stupid can one be…..dint he realize that he might be go to jail….no wonder Uday Jain was giving intvs…once he realised why he was called he started the new drama of writing to president…now I think Sowjanya will get justice…this Chinnaya is a clear double agent…like the trojan horse…feel bad for the activists…they have nothing to gain from this fight still they are fighting against these powerful ppl…..at least unintentionally something good has come from Chinnaya….these media ppl..they dont know shit what is happening….they were scolding the govt for calling Uday Jain…..was loosing hope seeing only the activists being called..now this is very good development……
As a matter of fact the Media knows all too well…if we common people can clearly make out the things…why cant media….They are just protecting the culprits..But to what extent? to the extent of ruining their integrity???well it seems they do not have any integrity in the first place…Blatant lies being told day in and day out without any shame…I never imagined anyone could stoop to such lows.
