23,000 sq. m up for grabs: BMRCL seeks developers for Nagawara Metro Station
Bengaluru
The Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited (BMRCL) has invited companies and developers to set up commercial space at the upcoming Nagawara Metro Station, which is expected to open by December 2026.
The plan includes 23,392 sq. m of space across four floors inside the station building. The breakup is: 6,835 sq. m on the first floor, 6,721 sq. m on the second floor, 4,677 sq. m on the third floor and 5,158 sq. m on the fourth floor.
Alongside this, BMRCL has also offered an additional 3,225 sq. m plot next to the station for a multi-level parking facility.
The station is located close to Manyata Tech Park, Karle Town Centre and several large residential areas, making it a high-demand location for offices, malls, co-working spaces, and retail brands. Once open, the station will offer smooth metro connectivity across the city and to the airport.
Companies responding to the bid will need to share their business profile, past experience and plans for using the space. BMRCL will shortlist applicants and later issue a formal tender.
BMRCL will allow interested bidders to inspect the station site on November 28 and 29, between 10 am and 1 pm and 3 pm and 5 pm. The last date to submit applications is December 15, 2025.
